Here are a few of the most commonly asked questions.  If you have additional questions that aren't answered below, please give us a call or send us an email. 

1.    How do I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation online by clicking on the reservations link at the top of the page or you can call our office at 509-998-4424.

 

2.    How do I pay?

We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  You may pay the driver or prepay at the time of reservation. 

 

3.    Do I need a reservation?

Reservations are highly recommended, but not required.  Online reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise please make your reservation by phone, (509) 998-4424 or out of area, (866) 998-4424.  During peak times, space may be limited, so call ahead. 

 

4.    How do I cancel my reservation?  Is there a cancellation fee?
Simply call (509) 998-4424 / (866) 998-4424 to cancel.  A 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations or a $25 processing fee will apply.  During high peak times of the year, additional cancellation fees may be applied.

 

5.    Where do you pick up and drop off at the airport?
Our drop off point is the curbside baggage check-in of the desired airline. Our pick up point is outside the baggage claim of your airline.  After you collect your baggage, just step outside to the curb and we'll be waiting for you.

 

6.    Does the service charge include the gratuity?
No. The quote we will provide to you includes only the service charge.  The suggested gratuity for the driver is 20%.

 

7.    Can I bring a family pet with me?
Yes.  Your pet must be in a pet carrier. There is an extra charge for oversized carriers.
